I was heartbroken by the neglect shown during my stay. The air conditioning barely worked, leaving the room unbearably hot, and despite reporting it, no one took action. The broken shower added to my frustration, and I felt utterly ignored when I went to the desk for help.

Oh man, those salmon dishes are a culinary highlight! Plus, the spacious room was a comfy haven for a couple of nights. Can't beat the cozy vibes!

But, let’s keep it real. the noisy party on the second night was a real buzzkill, and the night staff could've handled it better. Still, a refund the next day smoothed things over.

During my stay, I loved how easy it was to walk to Stortorget, just a 5-minute stroll from the hotel, and I enjoyed the fresh air at Folkets Park, which is almost 2 km away and feels like a little oasis in the city. the breakfast spread was also fantastic, setting me up perfectly for a day of sightseeing.

The dining area is bright and beautifully decorated, making it a lovely place to enjoy meals. It felt welcoming and accessible, perfect for seniors like me who appreciate a comfortable atmosphere during our stay.

The breakfast was beyond anything I ever expected! So much choice! ! And we got a lovely surprise from Emily on reception for my daughter's 21st birthday, made the trip even more special.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but you know, worth it in the end.

This hotel suits me perfectly! The 24-hour reception, fitness center, and express check-out make my stays easy. The staff even assisted me with exchange rates on my first visit, which I appreciated. Highly recommend!

Just spent a night in a cool hotel near Central Station. Super convenient spot! My room was nice and spacious, comfy bed for sure. Breakfast was a highlight with lots of juice varieties. Only thing was the air conditioning could’ve worked better. it got a bit warm since the unit was far from the bed. Overall, decent place!

It was a great match for a short stint in Malmo with the best value for money ratio. We got an unexpected room upgrade to the amazing President suite, which was a pleasant surprise. Make sure to ask about any available upgrades when you arrive.
